Registration will be open until Friday - May 20, 2022.

Registration is FREE for FPTA members and 5310-only agencies. All FPTA agency attendees must have permission from their agency to attend the workshop.

There is a $75 registration fee for ALL non-FPTA members, which will be invoiced following your registration.

We are using a new registration system which will also provide access to the Workshop and Summit schedule using the Sched app using your account credentials. Each person should registers individually so they have access to their personal schedule.

If you attended the Workshop and Summit previously, you already have an existing Sched account. You may need to reset your password to select your sessions for the Workshop/Summit this year.

Description

The 2022 FPTA/FDOT/CUTR Professional Development Workshop & Transit Safety and Operations Summit will be held on June 6-8, 2022 at the Embassy Suites-USF in Tampa. This unique professional development workshop is sponsored by the Florida Public Transportation Association, the Florida Department of Transportation and the USF Center for Urban Transportation Research.

This statewide FPTA/FDOT/CUTR Professional Development Workshop offers a unique professional development opportunity for Florida's public transportation supervisors, front-line employees, and other key staff in operations, maintenance, marketing, planning and administration. This one-stop-workshop offers excellent opportunities to learn from industry experts, attend professional development training, gather information about innovative industry research, and network with peers.

The Florida Transit Safety and Operations Network (FTSON) will be hosting its Annual Transit Safety and Operations Summit the day before the Professional Development Workshop. This summit is open to all Florida public transit professionals who are interested in promoting and improving transit system safety and operations.
